Jekyll Island Buggy Expo
JIBE is Jekyll Island’s first and only annual kite buggy rally, located on the beach at Blackbeard’s Restaurant.It is an informal get-together for kite-buggy pilots, but ATB/ landboarders and all traction and power kite fliers are welcome.
